INSTRUCTIONS:

Apply the mud in a thick layer over the body skin

Leave on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse with lukewarm water
- For aching joints, heat the pack in a pot of hot water, or open the pack and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium heat
