Washing. The Adjustable Shredded Memory Foam Pillow comes with a conveniently removable hypoallergenic cover that is machine washable. The cover gets even softer after washing.

Drying. Please air dry or dry on low heat in the dryer.

Fluffing. Toss the pillow in the dryer every 1 to 2 weeks on low heat for 10 minutes to reactivate the fills for cloud like fluffiness.
