How to find your size
Step 1: Insert the mouthpiece folded, with the upper tray facing up and hinge towards the back of your mouth.
Step 2: Start with Size #1 and try it for 3 nights.
Step 3: If Size #1 stops your snoring, you've found your match!
Step 4: Progress to Size #2 only if Size #1 doesn’t stop your snoring.
Why 2 sizes?
