The Cloud Backup space was offered at very low costs, which is the biggest advantage. The client software can be used relative easily but could be more user-friendly as well as the web interface. The client software is not very stable as described by many others. It is sometimes very slow, crashes from time to time, thus seeming to work not in a very reliable manner. But most of the times the client software resumes the work after a crash. The concept of the combination of cloud space works nice

Eine absolut tolle Sache, wenn man das Glück hat, eine Lifetime "Cloud", zu bekommen. Man kann zügig seine eigenen Backups und Gerätesicherungen erstellen, ohne groß belästigt zu werden oder Einbußen beim laufendem Arbeiten am PC, hinnehmen zu müssen. Was ich mir wünschte, wären mehr Zugriffe auf deutschsprachige gut übersetzt und verständliche Erklärungen, wenn man mal Probleme hat, da mein Englisch nicht für Fachsimpeleien ausreicht ! Ansonsten, bin ich super zufrieden !
