Tips to Apply:
Always start with a sharpened Pencil. To use as a one-step lip liner and lip color, line using the side of your Essential Pencil and then fill in the lip. To use as a cheek color, apply the pencil to your ring finger and press and blend onto the high apple of the cheek.
