Product is working fine but they did not include the charger cable. So I had to contact support. They are resenting me the charger cable so I guess it all worked out at the end.

For the most part they lasted me a little bit but they did not last as long as I expected although they were only $14 whereas the ones I spent for $40 have lasted me about the same time and still sound good
