Spotless helps keeping the desk on mac clean easily - just create the "patterns" for the movement by dragging the files onto it and set it up within seconds. Works like a charm on e.g. scheduled times. Having Mosaic installed I'm no longer lost having windows overlaying windows overlaying windows - you get the point ;-) Having the tool in the hand I can create my own layouts for working more efficiently without leaving complete focus on background tasks in e.g. progress of shell output.

Mosaic is great. It's made my life so much simpler and my workflow much smoother. Once you get the hang of the settings and set it up to your needs, it makes working with different windows so easy. It's great!
