maFileRenamer is, what’s in the name, a file renamer. maFileRenamer gives you numerous file renaming options. Strip, replace, add, or number. You can even rename files based on a text file. - Strip a number of characters from the left/right
- Remove specific character(s)
- Remove character(s) from position X to position Y
- Remove text fragment before or after a given string, string excluded or included
- Allow alphanumeric characters or only letters
- Transform to lowercase or uppercase
- Capitalize
- Replace character(s) from position X to position Y with other characters
