How to Use
- Apply the gel to both the bottom and the top of the LED mouthpiece
- Plug the mouthpiece into a device with lightning, Micro-USB, or USB-C port, and place the light into your mouth
- Keep the light in your mouth for as little as 5 minutes or for as long as you want, before removing the mouthpiece
