Stopped charging after 30 days. Wasn't used much. When charging, there is blinking red light which turns green, but the cap doesn't light up/work after that, meaning the UV bulb is not on/working.

Water bottle is sturdy and keeps drinks cold for a long time. The UVC cap on the other hand only works with this bottle. The advertising seemed to indicate that this would work on all large mouth drinking bottles. I bought this for a Nalgene bottle to take on a backcountry outing and had to leave the bottle cap at home because it does not screw on tightly. Another negative - the delivery time for the bottle took almost 3 weeks from the time of purchase.

It is well made and works as advertised. I wanted for travel. I hope to do more in the near future. I would recommend this water bottle. Shipment was fast.

I haven't had a chance to test it on any really questionable water besides my own household supply, but it seems to work as advertised. I'm planning a trip to a less-developed country, so I expect this to come in handy there and help to avoid any waterborne illness. I do wish there was some mechanism for spill-free drinking. Although the cap does fit my other water bottles, you still have to swap out a drinking cap if you are interested in drinking without taking the whole cap off.

The sterilization cap stopped working after just 2 weeks. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because it's still a useful water bottle that keeps drinks cold.
