HOW TO USE
Dip the tip of The Neo-Powder Brush into the lightest shade, sweeping toward the center of the highlighter palette and apply to the temples, cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of nose, cupids bow and chin. This will create a natural glow.
Swipe the tip of The Neo-Powder Brush through the center rose gold highlighter shade and apply to eyelids and apples of the cheeks (apples are the round, fleshy part that raises when you smile). This will create a warm, natural glow.
Deeper skin tones can use this shade as a highlight
Swipe The Neo-Powder Brush through the deepest bronzer highlighter shade and apply to areas you wish to create a golden glow. To achieve a sun-kissed glow – apply to forehead, center of nose, cheeks and chin.
Dip The Neo-Powder Brush into the lightest shade and sweep across to the deepest shade. Apply to the forehead, cheeks and chin to create natural bronze glow.
PRO TIPS
Apply the lightest shade as inner eye highlighter. Apply the middle shade to the eyelid. Sweep the darkest shade in your crease and under your lower lash line to frame the eye and create a brazen contoured eye look.
