Does what it states it'll do, BUT DOES IT WELL! I love this app. So easy to get 'reading' done on the go AND it's very intuitive. The fact that an extension can be added onto Chrome is even better!

It does work as advertised in English over Wifi as well as cellular connections. It works just okay for Japanese language, which reduced one star.
