It's simple but I haven't found it to be that effective. You have to use it RIGHT away when you're bit or stung and that isn't necessarily realistic. Tried it on a recent wasp sting, didn't prevent any of the following days of itchiness

It works just didn't realize it would take a few times. It is a bit pricey for what it does but it's ok.

Such an easy concept and it works so well! My daughters are child bearing age and because mosquitos carry such nasty disease, it is nice to take the bad stuff out as soon as possible. I keep one in my purse and one in my medicine chest. Always prepared, just like my Girl Scout training only we did not have this cool tool!
