Quick Use Guide
- Put the display screen on the inner sides of your wrist and wrap the wrist band well
- The device should be 10mm to 15mm distance from your palm (about 1 finger width)
- Make sure you keep the device at the level of your heart when you start to measure
- The measurement results will be displayed on the display
