The iMac was delivered in a timely matter. When I removed the packaging and inspected it, I found many of the keys had separated from the keyboard making it unusable. The mouse was usable and I had spare key board and ordered a refurbished one from Amazon. The monitor screen has 1.5 inch scratch in the upper left side. The computer works fine. I just wish it had come in better condition.

It arrived with a non-working keyboard. I contacted Mashable, the seller sent me 2 new keyboards & 2 new mice. Not sure why they sent 2 of each, but hey, I'm good with it. Not the same keyboard as advertised, however, but a entirely different job. Works okay, takes some getting used to. There were no updates on system,& I still have one that will NOT install properly despite many attempts. Otherwise it has been a decent unit for the purchase price. Mashable CS was great.
